• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: For optional data processing such as marketing communications and the use of non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5 Sharing Your Personal Data

earnph2 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

earnph2 engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform, including payment processors (e.g., GCash/Mynt, Maya/PayMaya), game software providers (e.g., JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play), KYC verification services, and IT infrastructure providers. These providers process your data only on earnph2's instructions and are contractually bound to maintain data security and confidentiality standards consistent with the DPA.

5.2 Regulatory Authorities

earnph2 may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other Philippine government authorities as required by law or valid legal process.

5.3 Business Transfers

Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. earnph2 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data and is not liable for breaches that occur as a result of events outside our reasonable control. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights, earnph2 will notify affected Players and the NPC in accordance with the DPA's breach notification requirements.

10 Children's Privacy

The earnph2 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. earnph2 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. If earnph2 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, such account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds deposited may be returned to the original payment method following verification. 11 Changes to this Privacy Policy

earnph2 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
