These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and earnph2 ("earnph2," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the earnph2 website located at earnph2.org (the "Platform") and all services, games, features, and content made available thereon.

The earnph2 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration. earnph2 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement is not met.
earnph2 is designed and operated for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law. Persons who have been self-excluded from earnph2 or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming entity, or persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, are prohibited from using the Platform.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) earnph2 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. earnph2 may refuse to process withdrawals or may close accounts where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your earnph2 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. earnph2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify earnph2 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
earnph2 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents and such other information as earnph2 may request for KYC purposes. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
earnph2 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. earnph2 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed by earnph2 subject to successful completion of KYC verification, compliance with bonus wagering requirements, and the absence of any pending investigation or security review. earnph2 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to thirty (30) minutes. Processing times are estimates only and may vary. earnph2 does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side, though your payment provider may impose its own fees.
All transactions on the earnph2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). earnph2 is not responsible for currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider.
earnph2 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160), as amended. Deposits may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless earnph2 expressly approves otherwise. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Bonuses and promotional offers from earnph2 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific promotion terms supplement and, in the event of conflict, prevail over these general Terms with respect to the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering on certain games may contribute at reduced rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements as specified in the promotion details.
earnph2 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close accounts, where earnph2 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other form of fraudulent activity in relation to a promotion. Abuse includes, without limitation, claiming multiple accounts to receive multiple welcome bonuses or using technical strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.

All content on the earnph2 Platform — including but not limited to the earnph2 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audiovisual materials — is the property of earnph2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, transmitted, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of earnph2.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, earnph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if earnph2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
earnph2 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond earnph2's control may cause temporary unavailability. earnph2 shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of Platform unavailability.
The earnph2 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." By using the Platform, you assume the risk of any losses incurred through your wagering activities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with earnph2 informally by contacting the earnph2 support team at [email protected]. earnph2 will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
earnph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Amended Terms will be posted on the earnph2 Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account.
earnph2 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms where practicable, including by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to your registered email address.
